One of our lovely followers commented on the fact that eating the dessert first is majorly unhealthy. But it is not! Serioulsy, it that makes you happy, go ahead. It’s better for dental health (because sugars are removed by the fiber of the vegetables that should come in every meal), it helps the digestive system (by not leaving the heavier food for the end) and it is the best way to better...
